Description

"Mimeographed. Preface signed by John W. Todd, jr. Early journal copied from typescript transcript in the Soliday Collection. Later journal then owned by a grand-daughter, Mrs. J.W. Waddy. After a period spent farming at the Red River settlement, Campbell joined the H.B.C. and was sent to the Mackenzie River District, to Fort Simpson and later to Fort Liard, Fort Halket and Dease Lake.
